Cool Money-Saving Tactic for Online Shopping: Ebates!

Southernsavers.com introduced me to a cool website — ebates.com gives you cash back on online purchases.  I used it for my last Snapfish order (more on that soon) when they were running a special, and got 12% back from my order.  To use it, look up the store you’re wanting to buy from (eBay is even on there, but I keep forgetting to use it!) and click to it through their site to make your purchase.  Ebates will track your purchase and credit a percentage (1% to 12%, depending on the store) to your account.  Once you’ve accumulated $5, they’ll send you a check every three months.  While it’s not a ton of money, every little bit helps! And even $5 can go a long way at the flea market.

And I googled Ebates to verify them before posting this — they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  Just in case anyone was wondering!

(If you can, be sure to use my link to get to Ebates — I’ll get extra cashback for referring y’all!)

About Charity

I have an inexcusable number of cookbooks (and like to experiment with them), have worked in architectural antiques, and have been sewing most of my life. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Textiles & Apparel and Fashion Merchandising from Lipscomb University, and I am currently pursuing my M.S. in Historic/Cultural Dress and Textiles at the University of Georgia. Doing household things (except for cleaning!) and hunting for antiques are my favorite pastimes.
